Nazar α AR 0.1% works by reducing nasal congestion and inflammation with the active ingredient Beclometasone Propionate Ester, helping to improve nasal airflow. This spray ensures hygienic use by preventing any backflow of the medication into the container.

Ingredient:

Beclometasone Propionate Ester 0.1g per 100g, Cellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Polysorbate 80, Benzalkonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Flavoring (including L-Menthol)

Directions:

For Adults (18 years and older):
Spray once in each nostril (1 spray per nostril) twice a day (morning and evening).
You can use up to 4 times a day (8 sprays), but ensure a minimum gap of 3 hours between sprays.
Once symptoms improve, reduce the number of sprays. If symptoms worsen, you may increase the frequency.
Do not use for more than 3 months per year.

For Children under 18 years:
Do not use.

Do not use if:

  • You have a history of systemic fungal infections, tuberculosis, high blood pressure, diabetes, recurrent nosebleeds, asthma, glaucoma, or infections.

  • You have pus-filled nasal infections.

  • You have had allergic reactions to this product or similar medications.

  • You are under 18 years of age.

  • You are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.

  • You have used a steroid nasal spray for over 3 months in the last year.

Consult a doctor if:

  • You are undergoing treatment for any medical condition or allergy therapy.

  • You have pain in your head, forehead, or cheeks with yellow/green nasal discharge (possible sinus infection).

  • You are breastfeeding.

  • You have a history of allergic reactions to medications.

  • You are unsure whether your symptoms are caused by seasonal allergies.

  • You are elderly, or have hypertrophic rhinitis or nasal polyps.

  • You are receiving long-term or high-dose systemic steroid therapy.

Side Effects:

  • Common side effects include nosebleeds, nasal scabs, irritation, itching, dryness, sneezing, loss of smell, and infection.

  • Serious reactions, such as allergic shock (anaphylaxis), may include skin itching, hives, voice hoarseness, difficulty breathing, or loss of consciousness. Seek immediate medical attention if these occur.

Stop using if:

  • Symptoms do not improve after 1 week (maximum 4 times a day) or worsen.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool place, out of direct sunlight, with the cap on.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Do not transfer to another container.

  • Do not share with others.

  • Do not use after the expiration date or if the product has been opened for a long time.
