Directions for Use

1. Shake the bottle well before use.

3. Massage along the body, following natural body lines, to help release tension and support circulation.

4. For dry skin care: mix 2 pumps of Premium Body Soap with about a coin-sized amount of Carry Oil BODY in your hands and apply evenly to arms, legs, abdomen, and chest.

5. Use the Karma Hela tool to gently push and massage downward along the body.
